This Privacy Policy describes how N Barrett, doing business as ProductOS ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the ProductOS plugin and the website at aiproductos.com (collectively, the "Service").

When you activate the ProductOS plugin, it communicates with our backend service (hosted on Supabase) to validate your license key. This transmission includes your license key and a timestamp. Your IP address may be incidentally logged by our infrastructure providers. No other data is transmitted during this validation.
After license key validation, the ProductOS plugin runs entirely on your local machine via Claude. We want to be clear about what we do not collect:
All data processing performed by the plugin's subagents and CPO Orchestrator happens locally on your device. Apart from the license key validation described above, no data is sent to ProductOS servers during plugin use.

Email addresses collected through our waitlist are stored in Supabase, a hosted database platform with enterprise-grade security. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our lawful basis for collecting and processing your personal data is your consent (for waitlist signup) and the performance of a contract (for purchases). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Data is processed in the United States; by using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S.
We retain your email address and license key data for as long as your license is active or as needed to provide you with support. Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial reporting laws.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
